You may be wondering what makes me qualified to do this. I graduated in 2024 with an MFA in Creative Writing and an online teaching certificate from Southern New Hampshire University. In 2022, I graduated with a BA in English and Creative Writing from Southern New Hampshire University as well.

Besides the above, I have beta read and offered feedback for many authors throughout the years. I have also completed several developmental editing courses and continue to learn so I can best assist my clients.

Every developmental editor is different and addresses things differently. My goal when working with you is to maintain your authentic voice throughout your novel while enhancing the story.

When you work with me, I look at the overall picture of your story from the perspective of your targeted audience. Once complete, I offer suggestions on how to improve your story and also make comments where you do an excellent job already.

This is not a guarantee. The fact is no one can guarantee this. It’s my job as your editor to make sure your story aligns with your genre. However, this does not guarantee you’ll get an agent, publishing deal, or become a bestseller.

If you get a no, just remember that it doesn’t mean your novel is bad. Keep pushing forward and know your audience will find you whether you are traditionally published or self-published.

The ideal time to book a developmental edit is after you have completed your manuscript. Whether you have done a few rounds of self-edits or right after you finish your draft, I’m here to help. It is truly up to you.

$200 secures your spot and then we can split rest of the payment into two, three, or four payments to fit your needs.
